As of yesterday, the two-thirds of the Missoula markets are back and a bit of normalcy has returned after a year of strident Covid-19 restrictions. The Missoula City County Health Department is allowing hot food vendors, but some remnants of last year’s restrictions will still be visible, including masking and social distancing requirements.
